These terms cover your use of this website. They are not the contract for any roofing work. Work is governed by the written agreement you sign before that work begins.

Using this site

You may use this site to learn about our services and to request an inspection. Do not use it to submit false information, to submit someone else's contact details without their permission, or to interfere with the site's operation.

Requesting an inspection

Submitting the form is a request, not a booking. We will contact you to confirm a time. Inspections are provided free of charge and place you under no obligation to purchase.

Estimates and pricing

Any figure quoted before an on-site inspection is an indication only. Scope, price and schedule are confirmed in writing after we have been on the roof, and depend on what we find, including decking condition and access.

Promotions

Promotional offers apply only to qualifying jobs, cannot be combined with other offers unless we say so in writing, and may be withdrawn or changed at any time. The terms stated with the offer on this site govern it.

Financing

Financing is provided by third-party lenders, not by us. It requires credit approval, and rates and terms are set by the lender. Not all applicants qualify. We do not guarantee approval or any particular payment amount.

Insurance claims

Whether an insurer covers a repair or replacement is their decision, based on your policy and the damage found. We document damage and can meet your adjuster, but we cannot guarantee any claim will be approved or paid at any particular amount.

Warranty

Workmanship warranty coverage is set out in the written warranty document provided with your job. Manufacturer warranties on materials are provided by the manufacturer and are subject to their own terms.

The text, images and logos on this site belong to Handal's Roofing or are used with permission. Do not copy or republish them without our written permission.

Liability

This site is provided as is. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of it. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
